After license activation, the xDecoder executable should be present in your installation folder. If
START-xDecoder.exe is missing, try these steps:- Check your full installation directory — verify the complete folder path where you extracted or installed xDecoder 14.0. The executable should be in the root of that folder.
- Re-extract the archive — if you downloaded xDecoder 14.0, extract it again to a fresh, clean folder. Avoid mixing files with older versions (the v14.0 release notes recommend a new folder).
- Verify the download — confirm the file size matches the resource listing (7,807,488 bytes) and that the extraction completed without errors.
- Check file visibility — if the folder appears empty, enable "Show hidden files" in Windows Explorer in case the files are hidden.
If the file is still missing after re-extracting, the download may be incomplete or corrupted. Contact Bin or the forum admin through the support workflow — they can verify your license and resend the package if needed. Include your forum username and the license code you activated so they can assist directly.
