License activation is complete — the registry import succeeded. The executable is in your folder: the file named xDecoder (7,625 KB Application) is the main program. Launch that directly by double-clicking it.

xDecoder 14.0 does not use a separate START-xDecoder.exe file. The single xDecoder application handles both activation verification and DTC analysis after license registration. Your activation file (8EB78AEA26E06DA9) is also present, so you should be ready to use the software.

Try running xDecoder now. If it fails to start, confirm Windows 10 has the required .NET Framework installed and that your user account has read/execute permissions on the Program Files folder.
