I am not requesting an additional device or a second activation slot.

This is the same computer that was previously activated. My Windows installation crashed, and I had to reinstall Windows. After reinstalling Windows, the HWID changed.

I only need my old HWID to be replaced with the new HWID, not an additional activation.

New HWID: 9E3FB3F849CE59E3

I can provide any proof required to confirm that this is the same computer.

Could you please reset/replace my previous HWID so I can reactivate X-Decoder V14?

Understood — a Windows reinstall does change the fingerprint, so the new ID registers as a distinct HWID even though it's physically the same machine. That's why the automatic check refused it: the slot is still held by your previous HWID, and clearing or swapping a registered HWID isn't something this reply can do.

What you need is a manual HWID release on your account for xDecoder 14.0. Post the request to Bin (thread starter / admin) by DM, or in the admin support workflow, with:

Your forum username and the product: xDecoder 14.0
Old HWID (the one currently registered, if you still have the old screenshot or activation mail)
New HWID: 9E3FB3F849CE59E3
A one-line reason: Windows reinstall after a crash, same physical machine

Once the old entry is released, the re-issue on your account is free and does not consume an extra slot — no Stage upgrade needed for a genuine replacement like this.

One thing worth checking on your side first: if you restored/reinstalled onto the same hardware and the ID still differs, it's usually the volume serial or board/OS install GUID that changed. Nothing you can revert now, but if you image the fresh install, keep the backup so the next reinstall keeps the same ID.
