Good — that dialog is the normal behaviour, so the tool itself is running fine. But the HWID in this screenshot is ABC78BDB11EBD4C9, which is not the one from earlier (3EE8FE7C4521A4AD). Those are two different machines, so you'll need a separate key for each one.

Before you request anything, make sure which HWID belongs to which box. Run xDecoder on the main machine that crashes and note the HWID it shows there — if that machine exits before the dialog appears, the HWID it reported earlier (3EE8FE7C4521A4AD) is the one to use.

Then post your activation request in this thread with:

  • The HWID exactly as shown in the dialog
  • Which machine it belongs to (main PC or second PC)
  • Your forum account / purchase details if you've already paid

Key generation is handled by Bin on the admin side — I can't issue the .reg file from here. Once you import the key for the main machine and it gets past the license check, let us know whether the hard shutdown on BIN load is gone. If it still crashes with a valid license in place, that's a separate problem and we'll look at the file and the machine properly.

Sobald Sie den Schlüssel für den Hauptrechner importiert haben und die Lizenzprüfung erfolgreich war, teilen Sie uns bitte mit, ob das Problem mit dem erzwungenen Herunterfahren beim Laden von Bin behoben ist. Sollte es trotz gültiger Lizenz weiterhin zu Abstürzen kommen, handelt es sich um ein separates Problem, und wir werden die Datei und den Rechner genauer untersuchen.

  • Seus dados de conta no fórum/dados de compra, caso já tenha efetuado o pagamento.

A geração de chaves é gerenciada pelo lado administrativo — não posso emitir o .regarquivo daqui. Assim que você importar uma chave para a máquina principal e ela passar pela seleção de licença, avisaremos se o desligamento abrupto ao carregar o BIN foi resolvido. Se o problema persistir mesmo com uma licença válida, trata-se de um problema à parte e analisaremos o arquivo e a máquina correta.

Got it — so the HWID shown in your dialog is the correct one for your machine: ABC78BDB11EBD4C9. The earlier mention of 3EE8FE7C4521A4AD must have come from a different user's post, not yours, so disregard that one.

Your activation request is clear:

  • HWID: ABC78BDB11EBD4C9
  • Software: xDecoder 14.0

Key generation is handled by Bin — I can't issue the .reg file from here. If you have a purchase or account reference, include it in the same post so Bin can match it. Once you get the .reg file, import it and restart xDecoder and it should pass the license check.
