• DM Bin (or post here tagging him) asking to release the previously registered ECUMaster HWID from your account.
• Include: your username sparks, the old HWID string if you still have it (from the old PC's activation dialog or your earlier post in this thread), the new HWID D6F3-E60A-23D3-E1A0-83D1-30AC-ED35-8EE5-27, and the reason (old machine retired / workshop PC replacement).
• Once he confirms the slot is cleared, post the new HWID in this thread and I'll issue the key for it.

The key I issued is bound to 5D8F-5ED3-4EF8-080F-E364-F18C-1874-B64B-7C, which is what you posted, so if that dialog still shows the same HWID the license itself is valid.

If it still rejects after a clean paste, post a screenshot of the activation window showing the HWID, the name field and the error message, and tell me which version you're running (1.0.4 or older) — 1.0.4 included fixes to activation/HWID handling, so an older build is worth ruling out.

• Confirm which program that License dialog belongs to. You have a PSA BSI Tool V1.2 folder open next to it — if that dialog was launched from anything other than ECUMaster_v1.0.x.exe, the key will be rejected no matter what, because it's signed for ECUMaster only. This is an inference from the window titles in your shot, not something I can confirm from here.
• Run the exe as administrator. It's sitting under C:\Program\..., and the license is written to disk/registry on OK. Without elevation the write can fail silently or come back as an activation error even with a valid key. Right-click → Run as administrator, then paste again.
• Version. 1.0.4 fixed several activation/HWID issues. If you're on 1.0.0–1.0.3, grab 1.0.4 from the resource page first — the key stays valid, the HWID doesn't change.
