Short answer: the old key can't be carried over — the key is bound to that specific HWID plus your registration name, so a new key has to be generated for D6F3-E60A-23D3-E1A0-83D1-30AC-ED35-8EE5-27 once the slot is free. There's no in-app "deactivate" you can run yourself; the slot lives on your forum account, so only Bin/admin can clear it.

What to do

• DM Bin (or post here tagging him) asking to release the previously registered ECUMaster HWID from your account.
• Include: your username sparks, the old HWID string if you still have it (from the old PC's activation dialog or your earlier post in this thread), the new HWID D6F3-E60A-23D3-E1A0-83D1-30AC-ED35-8EE5-27, and the reason (old machine retired / workshop PC replacement).
• Once he confirms the slot is cleared, post the new HWID in this thread and I'll issue the key for it.

Worth checking first — if it's physically the same PC and the HWID only changed after a Windows reinstall, SSD/board swap or BIOS update, say that to Bin. That's normally handled as a re-issue rather than a second device, and it doesn't consume the slot at all.

If you actually need both machines running at the same time, then it's a Stage membership instead (Stage 1 = 2 HWIDs per product), also arranged through Bin.
