Did you try the suggestion to unpack and replace the executable from the bundle again? This has been made as dummy proof as possible, so the loader checks its resources for corruption or modification. it seems like your executable got corrupted/damaged. you do not need to use the supplied pcmflash. It is there for your convenience. You can just install the official 1.2.0 or 1.2.1 and only use the dongle connect/disconnect option.

All third-party supplied components are unmodified original releases from their respective publishers.
No cracking, patching or modification has been applied to
them. They are bundled purely for convenience, so the package works out of the box.

The emulation is provided by the loader itself, which presents Windows with a virtual
Guardant-compatible USB dongle. The firmware image it runs originates from the Chinese clone
dongles, and its firmware ownership is unknown.

PCMFlash Dongle Manager 0.1.2 is now available.

This release improves Guardant driver handling and fixes systems where the required dongle driver service is missing or damaged.
