Two options, depending on whether you want to keep both machines running:

1. Move to this PC only
Your one allowance slot is currently taken by a different HWID. If that older machine is no longer in use, ask Bin/admin in this thread (or by DM) to release the previously registered HWID from your account. Once it's cleared, post D6F3-E60A-23D3-E1A0-83D1-30AC-ED35-8EE5-27 again and it can be issued into the freed slot. I can't release or reassign the slot myself — that's an account change on the admin side.

2. Keep both machines active
That needs more than 1 device slot, so a Stage membership is the route — Stage 1 gives 2 HWIDs, Stage 2 gives 3, Stage 3 gives 4, counted per product. Handle that through the account upgrades page or Bin, then post the HWID here and it fits in the extra slot.

One thing worth checking first: if this workshop PC is the same machine as the one already registered and only the HWID string changed (new SSD, motherboard/BIOS update, Windows reinstall, NIC swap), say so and Bin can treat it as a re-issue rather than a second device — that doesn't consume a slot.
