Can this be used on a US based 2012 BMW x5 35d with the dpf removed, egr removed and swirl flaps removed?

I have a 2012 x5 35d with the zf 6 and a 2016 x5 35d with the zf 8. What software do I use to flash them and how do I get the files? Pay and the they are sent to me? Or do I use the xhp app and get a password?
